New research on Kyowa’s L-citrulline shows improved athletic performance

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, human clinical trial just published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition showed that those who consumed 2.4 grams of Kyowa’s L-citrulline significantly increased plasma L-arginine levels and a reduction in time to complete a cycle ergometer exercise trial.
